What is SwissFest? 

SwissFest is a time for collectors to gather and share our mutual love for functional glass art.  A couple days away from everyday life, just hanging out in the woods with like minded heads who share a passion for the culture.  There will be a new body of work released but the main focus of SwissFest is for the community to connect and celebrate with live music, local treats, catered meals and good conversation.  


Where is SwissFest?
Location will be disclosed to you upon ticket purchase, but it's a private retreat about 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh, NC (30 minutes from the RDU airport).  There are *limited* yurts available to rent, each have AC/heat, power, beds, fridge, microwave, etc.  Camping is *free* with purchase of a ticket, you will need to bring all your own gear.  Transportation to/from RDU can be arranged just call/email me to figure out details.  You can also stay at a number of nice hotels in Raleigh but will be required to get to/from the event yourself.  

When is SwissFest? 
May 26+27: You can show up essentially anytime on the 26th but things won't really start popping off until the afternoon.  The event runs throughout the day of the 27th and we have all day the 28th to clean up and clear out.  

Event Details 
There are bathrooms (not portajohns) and a shower option on site.  There's a variety of fire pits, a sauna, 9 hole disc golf course, a large (stocked) pond for fishing with docks+boats, a one-wheel race track and a lot of space to just relax.  

Your ticket includes food+drink but does not include alcoholic drinks. Bring your own if you prefer but we ask you to be extremely cautious and responsible due to the nature of this event.  We reserve the right to remove anyone who is out of control.  
We have a large safe sink for cleaning pieces with plenty of distilled and iso/salt on hand.

A food menu will be provided by 3/1 via email so everyone knows what to expect and we can plan accordingly. We will be offering food from some of Raleighs top signature restaurants.
